Tphoto1-le-pharehis past May, I had the pleasure of attending the 17th edition of The Lighthouse Annual Cocktail Reception held for The Lighthouse Children and Families.

As a Gold Partner Sponsor, I had the privilege of witnessing over 700 people help raise $566,253 to support the costs of care and services for children and families of The Lighthouse, a pediatric palliative care hospice. It was an incredible evening that married good corporate and private citizenship with the critical needs of our community.

Throughout the evening, awareness was raised about the challenges faced by those who rely on the services provided by The Lighthouse.

photo3-le-phareFormed in 1999, The Lighthouse Children and Families is a non-profit organization that contributes to the well-being of children whose lives are threatened by illnesses that require complex treatment and provides respite and support to their families. Their mission is of paramount importance, and as a member of the local business community, I was pleased to share in their fundraising efforts, and support the work they do each and every day. It was an incredible evening! Congratulations to the event organizers who created this magical event and to all the participants who raised much needed funds for this worthy cause.  Bravo!

I was joined by fellow IN-RGETICS Massilia Saraoui, Patricia Emond and Frederick Newman who exemplified the IN-RGY spirit of giving. I was delighted to have them by my side and was equally pleased to encounter some of our trusted clients in attendance, namely, SAQ, Air Transat, La Presse +, Québecor (TVA, Vidéotron) and Groupe Robert. Together, we can make a difference!

I urge you to learn more about The Lighthouse Children and Families and uncover how you too can support this incredible cause.
