Montreal, November 23, 2015  – The IN-RGY executive team is proud to announce the appointment of Marc Tremblay as a member of its new advisory board, which includes executive managers and external advisors Jean-Claude Aubé and Gisèle Desrochers.

Mr. Tremblay’s experience in the fields of information technology, issue management and advisory boards will help IN-RGY reach new highs. “IN-RGY has huge growth potential! As a board advisor, I’m very much looking forward to collaborating with new players on a variety of issues, to share my knowledge and learn more about the field,” said Mr. Tremblay.

The bulk of M. Tremblay’s career (from 1981 to 2011) was spent at IBM Canada Ltd. where he held a variety of executive positions, including vice-president of commercial accounts for Quebec. He has taken part in some of Canada’s major IT transactions over the past twenty years. His last position at IBM was vice-president of telecommunications, and his team was responsible for the company’s business relations with its biggest Canadian clients. Revenues in the telecommunications sector more than doubled during his mandate.

Mr. Tremblay is involved in many management boards and advisory boards. He co-chaired the Averna and OSI Group boards and now sits on the Golf Québec management board. He is also an advisor for SIR Solutions and CBCI Telecom.

In addition to his broad professional experience, he is socially involved as a member of the board of governors of the Portage organization and through active participation in fundraising campaigns for The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
