New partnership 

      

EXFO found themselves expanding year over and year and realized that they needed to move to a “Best in Breed” HRIS and selected SAP SuccessFactors to equip the organization’s HR needs with the best possibility of success.    

In 2018 EXFO started their SAP SuccessFactors journey by implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment.  When it came to expanding their SAP SuccessFactors footprint by adding SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, they decided to partner with IN-RGY.

The focus in selecting an implementation partner was to find a vendor who shared EXFO’s Mission, Values and Culture, who also had a proven track record of providing Customer Satisfaction and system expertise; this is how EXFO found IN-RGY

The Journey Continues 

      

EXFO has chosen SAP JAM as their official Company Intranet integrating it with their SAP SuccessFactors system; with these 2 enhancements, the EXFO user population has a better appreciation for their HRIS.  Users and Managers are starting to see SAP SuccessFactors as a tool which facilitates their daily lives.

The online performance management system and the intranet have been essential in helping EXFO move to a more virtual way of working. In addition, HR and Management now have better access to data and reports, to help the business to make informed decisions

Finally, the internal team is now more autonomous in the day-to-day administration of the system and can suggest modules which will help EXFO to attain its strategic goals.
