Marie-Soleil joined IN-RGY in 2019 and is responsible for the overall management of the company’s sustainable growth, while ensuring consistent and high-quality services for customers. Over the last 25 years, Marie-Soleil played different IT leadership roles for large multinational corporations as well as mid-market companies in various industries and geographies. Her high energy and positive outlook in life is a perfect match to IN-RGY’s mission and culture where everyone - employees, partners, and customers alike - can thrive to live their full potential.

A member of the Chartered professional accountant (CPA), Sylvie has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with multinationals and SMEs working in the information technology sector. She has developed solid expertise in a growing company as well as in restructuring in a multitude of fields: budgeting, financial planning, corporate taxes, financial modelling, dashboards, performance indicators, consolidation, activity-based accounting, payroll and human resources. Her great ability to make figures speak and synthesize them makes her an essential member to bring clarity to a management system.

Steve has been working in the human resources information technology field for over 25 years. He oversees teams in UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Technical Services and Application Management Services (AMS) across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Spain. His broad experience has developed a deep understanding of the keys to success in the areas of solutions, projects, and system maintenance, making him an appreciated partner with work with. His integrity and natural camaraderie are the foundation of the trust his colleagues and clients place in him.

Over the years, Mathieu has worked for various multinational companies such as SAP, ADP and Xerox. During this time, he has acquired in-depth knowledge and a wide range of skills within the business transformation industry. Now at IN-RGY since 2015, he leads all facets of business development. Passionate about helping organizations overcome their IT challenges, he enables each client to succeed in their respective markets with his strategic advice and technological acumen. He is known for his relentlessly honest approach to problem solving and his genuine obsession for the cars he shares with anyone who will listen.

Before joining In-RGY, Jean-Didier (JD) acted as a business lawyer and strategic advisor to SMB for more than 20 years. He has participated in the completion of various projects and transactions for Canadian organizations with local and international players. JD has played various leadership roles in growth plan, M&A, integration, corporate finance, venture capital and start-up. His enthusiasm for practical innovation brought him to lead our external growth plan. He is passionate about sports and travel. When not working, you can find him biking, skiing or running.

Since joining IN-RGY in 2014, Viviana has proven consistency in the continuous development of different practices (SAP, SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software, and UKG) and services models designed to assure customer systems performance and evolution. Since 2020, She has been leading all UKG Services operations and a savvy team of experts focused on assuring that the customer journey is a positive and successful journey. With over 24 years of experience in HCM, Viviana is both a business strategist and a close team collaborator. Her transparent approach and positive energy are yet other facets that match with IN-RGY’s values and mission.

Benjamin is a dedicated, results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in HRIS project delivery, solution architecture and cloud computing transformation. He has a strong and holistic understanding of how technology supports organizational goals. As Vice-President, his mission is to oversee the SAP SuccessFactors division across North America and Europe. Wherever he is, Benjamin has a reputation for creating a strong team spirit by placing the human being at the center of every achievement.
