Recognized as an innovator in the human capital industry with over 20 years of experience, Sébastien is the co-founder of IN-RGY and has contributed to its remarkable growth with his unique skill set. Over the years, he has worked on various projects and is an expert in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. A born entrepreneur and highly refined mentor, Sébastien has been an active participant in the SAP user group community since 2010. He believes that the marriage of collaboration and knowledge sharing are the catalysts of successful projects. His visionary spirit and infectious sense of humour have become his trademarks.

Sylvie Proulx

A member of the Chartered professional accountant (CPA), Sylvie has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with multinationals and SMEs working in the information technology sector. She has developed solid expertise in a growing company as well as in restructuring in a multitude of fields: budgeting, financial planning, corporate taxes, financial modelling, dashboards, performance indicators, consolidation, activity-based accounting, payroll and human resources. Her great ability to make figures speak and synthesize them makes her an essential member to bring clarity to a management system.

Marie-Soleil Boucher

Recognized for her authenticity and commitment to process excellence, Marie-Soleil has gained a reputation for building strong, scalable, high caliber organizations which consistently deliver profitable year-over-year growth. Marie-Soleil joined IN-RGY in 2019 and is responsible for the overall management of the company’s sustainable growth, while ensuring consistent and high-quality services for customers. Over the last 20 years, Marie-Soleil played different IT leadership roles for large multinational corporations as well as mid-market companies in various industries and geographies. Her high energy and positive outlook in life is a perfect match to IN-RGY’s mission.

Mathieu Hebert

Over the years, Mathieu has worked for various multinational companies such as SAP, ADP and Xerox. During this time, he has acquired in-depth knowledge and a wide range of skills within the business transformation industry. Now at IN-RGY since 2015, he leads all facets of business development. Passionate about helping organizations overcome their IT challenges, he enables each client to succeed in their respective markets with his strategic advice and technological acumen. He is known for his relentlessly honest approach to problem solving and his genuine obsession for the cars he shares with anyone who will listen.

Steve Hill

Involved in human resources platforms, Steve has been working in the information technology field for over 20 years. He began his career by managing recognized systems such as PeopleSoft and SAP and has been involved in the deployment and maintenance of numerous time and payroll management modules. Promoted to Vice President of Operations at IN-RGY in 2016, he now oversees Strategic Professional Services, SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, Workforce Software, as well as the Integration and Development team across North America and Spain. His integrity and natural camaraderie are the foundation of the trust his colleagues and clients place in him.

Jean-Didier Bussieres

Before joining In-RGY, Jean-Didier (JD) acted as a business lawyer and strategic advisor to SMB for more than 20 years. He has participated in the completion of various projects and transactions for Canadian organizations with local and international players. JD has played various leadership roles in growth plan, M&A, integration, corporate finance, venture capital and start-up. His enthusiasm for practical innovation brought him to lead our external growth plan. He is passionate about sports and travel. When not working, you can find him biking, skiing or running.

Partner and Co-Founder of PCMS Group (acquired by Constellation Software TSE:CSU), Stephan is passionate about technology and innovation. For over 20 years, he devoted much of his professional interests to the computerization of human resources management in businesses. An expert in management systems in health and social services networks, Stephan led the team behind the creation of the RH::INO software suite, ensuring effective management of occupational health. A hardworking entrepreneur, Stephan continues to fuel his creativity at Zaddons as the VP of Product Development. This position allows him to actively pursue his exploration of new markets, continually seeking innovation and new opportunities.

Louis is a strategic advisor and corporate director. He has been active in the information technology and telecommunications sector for more than 30 years. He has held management and director positions in several organizations over the course of his career. At Bell Canada, he was Vice-President Business Solutions - Healthcare and President of Groupe Createch from 2010 to 2013. He was previously Vice-President Strategic Planning and Business Development at Connexim from 2002 to 2008. He was also Vice-President Strategic Planning and New Market Development at Télébec from 1998 to 2002. Louis has successfully led more than 20 merger and acquisition projects during his career and has subsequently led these business units.

Her passion is to design corporate strategies that enable organizations to uniquely meet their client's needs while creating value for all stakeholders. Pascale is also a TEC Canada Chair for a group of CEOs that want to lead with purpose and have an impact on society and the environment. Prior to that, Pascale served as VP Corporate Strategy & Initiatives at BDC, where she led the development of new market strategies to help Canadian SMEs become the most competitive in the world.

Before co-founding IN-RGY with Sébastien Massicotte, Thierry acted as project manager and account manager for Belgium, France and Canada. He thus becomes a master of SAP-HR deployments for internationally renowned companies. He has extensive experience in information technology and business management. His priorities are focused on the exploitation of the company's strategy, the identification and convergence of future-oriented elements and annual business performance. Thierry unquestionably embodies the key values of respect and integrity that are rooted in IN-RGY. Through leading by example, Thierry acts with simplicity and tenacity in order to achieve the desired results.
