Before co-founding IN-RGY with Sebastien Massicotte, Thierry mastered SAP-HR implementations throughout Belgium, France and Canada for international renown companies as project manager and account director. He has an extensive background encompassing expertise in both IT solutions and business management. Thierry’s current focus is defining the company’s operational strategy, identifying and converting key opportunities as well as delivering business performance. Thierry embodies IN-RGY’s key values “respect” and “integrity” to a tee. Leading by example, he loves to keep things simple and focuses on delivering results.
Innovative thinker in the Human Capital space with over 20 years of experience, Sebastien has contributed to the on-going growth of the company with his unique breadth of skills. He is a lead practitioner on most of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. A true entrepreneur at heart and sought-after mentor, Sebastien has been involved with the SAP User Group Community since 2010. He believes that collaboration and knowledge sharing are the catalysts for developing successful projects. His visionary spirit and his quiet intensity have become his trademarks.
With a 15-year track record in finance and strategy within the information technology industry, Sylvie was a natural fit to the IN-RGY team when she joined in 2011. A born multitasker, Sylvie is recognized for her planning acumen, analytical skills and sense of urgency while commandeering important projects. Her numerous successes have led to her integral role within the IN-RGY culture evolution. Her responsibilities include the company’s accounting, administration and human resources requirements which enables her to get a panoramic view of challenges and opportunities as IN-RGY continues to grow. She is known for being a strong advocate of the company’s values and an enthusiastic brand ambassador.
Caroline is a mobilizing and leading force with more than 20 years of experience in organizational development within the framework of extensive transformational projects and state-of-the-art technology solution implementations. She navigates with ease between strategic consulting, HR transformations, training and coaching. Her daily leitmotif is defined by her tireless capacity to stimulate human development and drive stakeholders into action. Her valuable advice and thoughtful guidance help to simplify and demystify these different stages.
Over the years, Mathieu worked for a variety of multi-national organizations such as SAP, ADP and Xerox. During that time, he gained in-depth knowledge and a wide array of skills in the business transformation industry. Now at IN-RGY since 2015, he leads all aspects of business development efforts. Passionate about helping organizations overcome their HR issues, he enables each client to become successful in their respective market through strategic guidance and technological acumen. He is recognized for his unabashedly honest approach to problem solving and his true obsession for cars which he shares with anyone that will listen.
An addict to anything related to Human Resources systems, Steve has been involved in information technology for more than 18 years. He began his career by managing well-known systems such as PeopleSoft and participating in the implementation of various time management and payroll modules. Since joining IN-RGY, Steve has contributed to expanding its practices and the development of numerous delivery teams. He successfully guides medium and large-sized companies in their technological shifts. Promoted to VP Operations in January 2016, he now oversees SAP, SuccessFactors and Kronos professional services across North America. His integrity and his natural sense of community are the foundation that enables clients and colleagues to fully trust in his advice.
Johnny is fierce change agent pursuing service excellence through continuous innovation. He has spent most of his career working with Global Fortune 1000 companies deploying technology solutions with new approaches to service delivery. He has worked for and with several HR service providers in various roles. This has given him a unique perspective on today’s ever changing market. His latest obsession is automation and maximizing the benefits of the digital economy within the Human Capital Management environment.
Neel is an HR Technology veteran experienced in developing and driving strategic offerings. With a successful background, leading start-ups and mature organizations, he brings over 17 years of expertise in architecting, global HR & Payroll implementations as well as transformation engagements. With his entrepreneurial spirit, Neel is focused on providing adaptable solutions that enables his clients to grow efficiently.
