The 3 steps of the Kronos Paragon methodology for adding value

In your company, have you ever participated in an IT implementation project? If so, what is the most common project management approach used by your company and what are the benefits?

IN-RGY's Kronos team has expertise in several project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile project management, but have you heard of the Paragon method?

Paragon, is an implementation methodology launched by Kronos in 2015. It is an iterative deployment approach that focuses on different business sectors or geographic areas specific to each customer. It is known to be scalable and adaptive over time.

What are the benefits?

Paragon helps ensure successful rapid deployment and effective decision-making by optimizing collaboration between different parties. Both the customer and the implementation team have real-time visibility and ease of access to all aspects of the project.

To ensure efficient and rapid deployment, Kronos offers complete, dynamic and easy-to-understand documentation as well as a set of accelerated test data for faster validation.

How does Paragon add value over time?

There are three main steps that are essential to adding value over time in an implementation project.

First Step: Initiate

This step mobilizes the team to determine expectations, success criteria, expected results and project strategy in order to prepare for action.

Second Step: Collaborate

In this step, the consultants and the client work as peers to calibrate and refine the solution through iterative sprints. This approach makes it possible not only to better validate the solution, but also to better manage change by promoting customer involvement.

Third Step: Adoption

This step helps train users validate that the success criteria defined at the beginning of the project are indeed respected and, finally, launch the deployment.

We apply this methodology in multiple large-scale projects and create several "Success Stories" using it.
