MONTREAL, Canada – Today, HR management and technology consultancy Group IN-RGY Consulting is announcing its expansion in Mexico with the acquisition of AYAX, a most trusted UKG Partner. The Canadian company is seeking to capitalize on AYAX’s experience and reputation through UKG solutions. As such, the decision to expand to the Latin American market is directly in line with UKG’s strategic growth plan.

AYAX owner, Jaime Lugo, will remain active and will oversee business development.
